Erica, 2009 oil on wood panel. Erica is my good buddy on bombardo. I painted this at Alyssa’s studio which I have been studying at off and on this year. I love it. She’s an excellent mentor. Look at all those links I used! I have not found a good way to take photos of oil paintings. I could not find a lighting situation for this painting that was not glared out and still was acurate color. This is close i guess. I’ll include a detail too.

dangurewitch: After two weeks away, I just got back to the city and was rewarded with Danny Tamberelli (the younger Pete of “Pete & Pete,” and if you needed that clarification I am disinterested in your friendship). Everyone who actually cares about me knows this: Danny Tamberelli is and was my most serious crush 1996-present. I want to go see his band, but I think people would see right through that. also I don’t know if I can fake it, I’m not that into music. But maybe he could open my eyes to music. I know I missed out on the previous discussion of Muppet Christmas Carol, but mine just came in the mail. I haven’t seen it in so long!! I love that movie, and since there doesn’t seem to be any more video stores left in manhattan, I’ll have to purchase my favorites. I might also need to purchase home alone 2. and Elf, which I have never seen. You know what else I’d really like, a compilation of the christmas episodes of sitcoms. Like Roseanne, and married with children, Friends, TGIF shows, heck, that depressing My So Called Life christmas episode might do it for me as well.

there was a doorbell ring, I suspected it might be con ed, i didn’t answer it, someone else in the building did. when he came to the door I was already at the peep hole peeping.

He stopped and knocked.

Man: Con Edison

rang the doorbell.

Man: Here to read your meter.

Man: I can see you looking at me.

Chelsea: Can you come back another time!

UGH!!! I ALWAYS SPY OUT OF THAT PEEPHOLE!! SINCE FOREVER!!! YOU CAN SEE MY SPYING EYE?!?!?!!?!?!!!! This is a blow.
